Store Policies:

We will accept Returns with in Thirty (30) days of purchase with a receipt on most items.
Examples:
Pet Food:
Dry food - anything we carry can be returned 
Can food - only unopened cans
Treats - only unopened treats
Collars and Leads - with tags still attached are returnable, exception: Lupine Brand - even if chewed
Toys- with tags and unused - destroyed toys are NOT returnable unless guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Supplements - unopened - unless products states it is guaranteed by the manufacturer
 
Returns on Electronic Items are with in seven (7) days of purchase with receipt, after that you must go to the manufacturer.
